Coating is often the last trade before handover and the first to be squeezed. We manage coating packages from specification and applicator selection through inspection hold points to the final documentation pack.
We liaise with your contractors, suppliers and client to resolve technical issues quickly and keep the work progressing, right first time.

Coating project management: common questions
Do you replace our project manager?
No. We manage the coating package within your project, reporting to your project manager, so they have one coatings contact instead of several.
Can you help us find an applicator?
Yes. We can help you shortlist and assess applicators for the work, and set out the quality requirements they need to meet.
Do you carry out the coating work yourselves?
No. We never apply coatings or supply applicators. Your chosen applicator does the work and we manage and inspect it on your behalf, which keeps our advice independent.
What goes in the handover pack?
Everything the client needs to own and maintain the coating: the specification, data sheets, batch records, inspection and film thickness reports, certificates and any maintenance guidance.
